Coffee Catch Up #12
Hi everyone!
Happy Monday morning! I hope you had a great weekend and are ready for the week ahead. I had another full and fulfilling weekend with activities, tackling projects and time outside.
Let me get you all caught up.
Since we last spoke, my fiance made another visit into town for spring break. We try to see each other once a month and were extra lucky we got to see each other twice this month. I’m already looking forward to visiting him in April! We did a full spread of Breakfast for dinner which included make your own tacos and avocado toast! Yum!
We tried to make the most of our time together. The weather was semi-cooperative so we got in a walk outside.
We ran a lot of errands and crossed a lot of things off our to-do list. But another fun thing we got to do was enjoy a local fish fry! We try to go to them once a year during the season on Lent and we went twice! It’s become a fun tradition of ours.
In honor of the spring season, I am kicking off the seven day Spring Simplicity challenge this week! More to come once I complete it, but I am looking forward to the challenge and getting some areas tidied up before summer.
The rest of my weekend was filled with work, church, and catching up with friends and siblings on weekly phone calls. I always try to check in with my people once a week via call, facetime, or text. I am loving I can make my calls or facetimes while I go for a walk outside. Even if it is slightly chilly, the sunshine and warmer temperatures makes everything better. Plus, my pup likes me being outside with him too! I ended the weekend by finishing up some organization projects and getting ready for the week ahead. Now, I am ready for Monday!
Here’s some motivation as we head into the week!
Happy Monday friends! I will see you back here on Wednesday for another catch up from the month. See you then!
