Coffee Catch-Up #7

Hello! Hello!

Happy Monday! I hope you had a wonderful weekend, and maybe you are still enjoying the weekend if you have off for President’s Day! It’s so nice to have an unexpected day off to relax, get things done, or do something fun.

I am working today, but I had a well paced weekend, it was a mix of some fun and some relaxing, and of course celebrating Valentine’s Day!

It wasn’t too exciting, but I’ll catch you up on everything.

Friday was pretty uneventful. I did some picking up and some window shopping. Although, I didn’t purchase anything, it’s still fun to see what’s new for the upcoming season.

We have been watching the Olympics, so Friday night included pizza and ice skating.

Saturday was Valentine’s Day and although, we celebrated the weekend before, I still made the day special by wearing red.

We enjoyed some sweet treats including Cupid Crunch and Red Velvet Brownies, both recipes by Mix and Match Mama.

We finally saw the sun!!!! It has been so cold and gray and frigid, that I took full advantage of the sunshine and got in a nice long walk.

We went to church and Mexican food for dinner.

Sunday brought work, getting ready for the week ahead, and relaxing.

I continued to make my way through one book I was working on and I finished an audiobook.

Both reviews will be coming up at the end of the month with Currently.

I have a busy week coming up with a work project due, plus some appointments and a visit to see my fiance. It will be a busy but good week that I’m looking forward to.
