Hello! Hello! Happy Friday! I hope you are having a great week and ready for the weekend. With summer in full swing, I have been trying to fit in pockets of fun between work and commitments. Whether it is after work or on the weekends, I am always looking for ways to maximize my time especially in the summer.
Nothing says summer than fresh burgers
Let’s get to it:
Summer Outfit- I wore this outfit to work a few weeks ago and couldn’t wait to share it with you. I’ve had these pink pants from J.Crew for a few years and can’t get enough of them. I love the coral color and the flair. I paired them with this new white vest that I got from T. J. Maxx. I love the style and how you can pair it with almost any color of pants. Last, let’s talk about shoes! I saw these on sale at DSW and had to get them. I love the color and besides these pants, I have a few other dresses and outfits that would match these shoes. I felt so confident in this outfit and loved the look.
New Scent- I celebrated my birthday last month and with that came some new scents. This body lotion and spray combo is perfect for summer. I love the floral scent, it’s not too strong, but long-lasting. I also love the design on the cover too. Seasonal scents always bring me so much joy, especially when they come from Bath and Body Works.
Fun Purse- Speaking of favorite birthday gifts, my sweet friend, Sarah, got me this purse for my birthday and I used it right away. I love the style and the beading and design. It’s big enough to fit my phone, wallet, keys, a makeup compact, and any other essentials you may need. I can’t wait to use it more and pair it with different outfits.
A favorite song- I heard this song on social media and couldn’t stop listening to it. Have you heard of Simple Joys by Yanti Niels. It’s all about finding and recognizing the simple joys in life. I think the message is beautiful and really causes you to stop and see the beauty around you. A mood booster if you need one!
Scoop- I know this movie came out a few years ago, but I just got around to watching it. Scoop is all about the infamous interview with Prince Andrew’s involvement with Jeffery Epstein several years ago. I thought the casting was well done and I think the movie stayed true to the actual events. It was interesting to see things that I remember reading and watching play out in a movie. Definitely a good movie to add to your watch list.
