I hope you had a wonderful week that was restful or productive, and it filled your cup with what you needed most. I’m looking forward to some fun days ahead even with temperatures in the negatives…brrrr
These past few weeks have been filled with cleaning and organization and staying indoors and cozy.
I’ve been keeping up with the Simplified Challenge, organizing my pup’s toys was one of the tasks this week.
Emily in Paris- The fifth season of Emily in Paris came out in December, but in the midst of all the fun with the holidays, I didn't get around to watching it until January. I decided to wait and watch it when I could really enjoy it in the new year without the distraction of the holidays. I really loved this season of Emily in Paris (or Rome) depending on how you look at it. As always, Emily's clothes blew me away, I loved the setting of Rome this season, and of course the plot and characters were such a treat too. I was thrilled to learn that a new season would be returning and I look forward to see how some of the cliffhangers continue or get wrapped up.
Wedding Countdown-This wedding decor item has been bringing me LOTS of joy! My sweet friend gifted me this wedding countdown and it has been so fun to switch the date every day. We are down to under the 200's which is very exciting. It's the little things that bring me joy as my fiance and I continue to plan our wedding.
Straw Cap- This was a stocking stuffer that I have used almost every day since I got it for Christmas. I always, always, always, have a water bottle with me and this straw cap keeps things fresh and clean. Plus, I love the cute winter trinket to brighten up my drinks.
Mascara- I shared some of my favorite beauty products a few weeks ago, but I forgot to include a new mascara that I have absolutely loved. It does a great job of separating my eyelashes so they don't clump. The mascara is also long-lasting. I've had no issues with it smearing or wiping off as the day goes on, both huge wins for me. You can also find this mascara by Elf at most drug stores and beauty shops which makes purchasing it a breeze.
Key Chain-This was another Christmas gift I got that I absolutely love! It's a little key chain where you can add flags of the different countries or states you have been too. Mine just contains flags from different countries, and I can't wait to add more. This was such a meaningful and special gift. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who is looking to get a gift for the traveler in their lives.
