Friday Favorites #203: Old Navy Summer Finds
Hello everyone! Happy Friday! I hope you had a great week and are ready for the weekend. I know I am! I love the early start of summer, especially when there’s so much promise and hope in the air.
Fresh and early sunlight for the win!
I am out of town this weekend to visit my fiance, in a new city! I have been there before, but he’s living there for the summer, so a weekend of adventure awaits! I’ll be sure to catch you up on some of it on Monday, until then I hope you have a fabulous weekend!
I have a different roundup of favorites for you today! I wanted to share a recent haul from Old Navy as I link up with Erika and Andrea.
Old Navy is a go-to for me when it comes to “play clothes” or casual clothes. I always have luck when it comes to solid t-shirts, graphic t-shirts, jeans, easy dresses, and even accessories. The clothing is comfortable and well priced and I know what I’m getting when I come shopping.
I recently picked up a few items for summer and wanted to share them all in one spot. This post will be dedicated just to fashion today! And hint, I’m wearing some of these pieces this weekend!
Pink and Blue Sleeveless tops- I have a few pairs of solid graphic t-shirts and tops that I wear throughout the summer, but I wanted to break up my style and colors a bit. I love the way these sleeveless tops fit.
They are lightweight so you can wear them when running errands or working out or you can layer them with a sweater or jean jacket. I love the colors of soft pink and baby blue, great options for the summer months. Plus they can be paired well with either jeans or shorts.
Light Pink Babydoll Dress- I don’t have too many dresses that aren’t super formal or work related. I was looking to add a few more fun dresses to my wardrobe and this dress fits the build. I love the soft pink color and the style of it. It’s shorter, fun, and flirty. A cute pair of platform sandals or wedges would go perfect with this dress. You can dress it down with sneakers too.
Striped t-shirt dress- I LOVE Old Navy’s t-shirt dresses. They are lightweight and so easy to throw on with sandals or sneakers. Remember when I wore an Old Navy t-shirt dress through NYC for a day a few years ago? I have a few t-shirt dresses in other colors, but I wanted to expand my colors and patterns, so I opted for a striped pattern. So fun and light for summer!
NYC Graphic T-shirt- I couldn’t resist adding a new graphic t-shirt to my collection for the summer. I tend to like lighter colors in the summer (see above hehe) but I loved the print and the style of it. This would be perfect to wear in the summer with shorts or even a tennis skirt, but you can also pair it with jeans and a light jacket in the fall.
Summer is here and I can’t wait to add these pieces to my wardrobe. There are so many endless options. What are some styles you are loving this season? Let me know in the comments below!
