Coffee Catch-Up #25

Hello Everyone!

Happy Monday!

I hope you had a wonderful weekend. I had a packed full weekend full of friends, family, and celebration.

This week is a little wonky with the Fourth of July and more celebrations in store.

Before we get to all things red, white, and blue, I wanted to share some highlights from this weekend.

Let’s dive in!

I kicked off the weekend with a walk and picnic at the beach. The sun came out for a beautiful sunset.

We ended the night with ice cream too!

Yum!

I took my pup for a nice long walk in the morning on my days off, even though it was cloudy, he loved the fresh air and the chance to go on a little road trip and on an adventure.

I tried a new recipe in the kitchen, grilled chicken and spinach strawberry salad! Perfect for a summer night!

I spent a good chunk of time running on my days off and got in one of my longest runs to date!

I ran some errands and that included a fun drink with a fun straw, can you tell I’m in my bridal era!?

I like to get my nails done once a year, typically in the summer. I got a fresh mani/pedi and it was the perfect treat to myself with a busy summer ahead! My weekend got pretty busy after this so I didn’t get to share many pictures. But it was a packed full weekend! I’ll be sharing more in the next few days!
