Coffee Catch-Up #34

Hello everyone! Happy Labor Day!

Whether you have the day off or are heading into work, I hope you are having a great start to your day! Although, I am working today, I did manage to enjoy some time outdoors this weekend between walks, coffee, grilling, and enjoying the sunshine with family and catching up with friends. This past week I have been great about catching up with family and friends, after a busy few weeks, it’s always welcomed to enjoy one on one time with your people.

I had a well paced weekend with not too many plans, which is always appreciated.

My weekend wasn’t too eventful, but here’s a look at it.

I was out of town visiting family for a few days which included outdoor walks, veggie picking, and making delicious meals!

We also enjoyed board games too!

I had to make a trip to Cleveland, which meant a trip to Trader Joe’s! My September Haul will be out this Friday!

We stopped for lunch too which I enjoyed a delicious berry chicken salad. I love when a salad combines protein, fruits, and veggies!

I got some happy mail in the form of a new book. I love Bab’s account on Instagram and I can’t wait to read her new book!

The rest of the weekend included tackling some house projects, more time outside, time with my pups and family. Overall, it was an uneventful weekend which was a nice change of pace after a whirlwind summer.
