Happy Friday!
How has your November been so far? Smooth sailing? The calm before the chaos of the holiday? I am away this weekend for a visit with my fiance. I always look forward to our time together and weekends. A recap will be coming soon.
Before I get back to weekend fun, I wanted to share some highlights of the week with you with our Friday Favorites!
Here are some things that have caught my attention as I link up with Erika and Andrea.
Dark Nail Polish- I always like to have my nails done every week. With the changing seasons and cooler weather, I have been leaning into darker colors. I recently wore a navy blue that looks almost black. I love the extra hint of fall vibes they give off. Plus, they match a lot of my darker outfits too-win, win!
Snack Bar Mix- A few weeks back, I shared a whole post dedicated to Trader Joe’s favorites and I had to include a few other items that I missed. This snack bar mix has been a huge hit and I know it will be a winner around the holidays with lots of snacks! I love a good sweet and salty mix and this hits the spot with all the flavors and textures. There is a spicy version, but I think I will stick to this one.
New Sneakers- I was in the market for some new running sneakers as my current ones were wearing out. I really enjoyed my Hoka’s but were on the lookout for a new brand that provided more support and comfort, enter the Saucony. I have tried a variety of brands when it comes to sneakers, I have worn Nike, New Balance, Hoka, and now these. They have all served their own purposes, but right now, I am really loving the Saucony. We will see how many miles I can get in with them.
New Graphic Tee Shirt- I stopped into Old Navy to see what was new and I picked up a few new items. I love a good graphic tee shirt and this one was calling my name. If you know me, you know I love books and NYC. The shirt was on sale which also drew my attention to it. I also love the material, it’s so soft. I love that I can layer it in both fall and winter or wear it as is for the spring and summer!
Fall Candle- I know we only have a few weeks to go until Christmas and I start breaking out all my Christmas scents. But, until then, we have a few more weeks of fall scents. I have really been trying to use what I have instead of buying things. I got these mini candles as a gift and decided to put them to use especially since it’s just for a few weeks. I love the scent of Autumn Wreath by Yankee Candle. A seasonal scent that’s not too overwhelming and a good transition from fall to Christmas scents.
