Friday Favorites #213

Hello everyone!

Happy Friday! It’s the last Friday of August. This month has flown by, after a busy start to the month, these last few weeks have been filled with last minute bucket list fun! From fairs, to festivals, s’mores and bonfires, I have been trying to cram it all in.

I have a handful of fun things coming up over the next few weeks, and I can't wait to dive in and enjoy it all as we switch seasons from summer to fall. I’m not ready for fall yet, but I am trying to enjoy the last few summer nights.

Here's some recent favorites as I link up with Erika and Andrea

Simplified Launch Day- If you have been here for a while you know I am a big Simplified gal. They had their fall launch this past week and because I am a yearly planner girl, I placed my order first thing in the morning. I went with the Berry Stripe Book bound Weekly Planner. I loved the book bound planners and was so happy to see they brought them back. I also bought their new desktop calendar and can’t wait for the new year to start using their products!

Miffy Chapstick- This is very niche, but I grew up reading a lot of the Miffy books. They were all about the tales of a little bunny. The charters are making a resurgence and I’m seeing all the merchandise every where! I picked up a mug months ago, and I decided to pick up a chapstick, just a hint of nostalgia!

New Car Scent- By now you have figured out I love Bath and Body Works. I use their scents for everything from lotion, to spray, sanitizer, and candles. I have been using their car refreshers for the longest time, but then saw these new styles. I prefer these one compared to the older ones since I think the scent lasts longer. I also love this current scent for summer. Pina colada smells like you are on vacation. Yum!

New Room Scent- It was time for a new room scent from Bath and Body Works. I am currently using my Lavender Luxe scent from the Emily in Paris collection. I love the sweet, subtle, and refreshing smell it brings. I have used this scent in a candle, lotion, body wash, and hand sanitizer and it never gets old! Truly an oldie, but a goodie!

The Lazy Genius Playbooks Podcast- I am a big fan of the podcast, The Lazy Genius, if you don’t follow her, she’s all about practical life hacks and ways to make your life easier. She has a few products, including the playbooks which can be used as a stand alone planner or a companion to your planner. Kendra recently launched a podcast about the best ways to use your playbook. A few of the episodes have dropped and I can’t wait to listen to new ones!

That’s a look into some favorites for this week. A lot of beauty and fragrance in this post. What are some beauty hacks or products you have been loving? Share with me in the comments below!

Happy Friday and I’'ll see you back her on Monday for another catch-up! Enjoy the last weekend of August!
