Clinique Beauty Review #2
Hello everyone!
I hope you are having a great week! We are in peak leaf peeping season. I took a fall drive the other day and was in awe of the leaves!
The photos don’t do it justice!
I am back with part two of my Clinique Beauty Review.
You may recall, a few months ago, I shared that I got some new products from Clinique, tested them out and wanted to share them with you. I had so many products, I wanted to break them down into two posts.
To read more about the makeup side of things, you can read part one. For more of the beauty side of things, you can read, part two here.
Let me preface this by saying that I have a strict beauty process and routine and before I started using any of these products, I talked to my dermatologist about the products and seeked her recommendation on what I should try, so before you go out and buy any new products, try some for yourself and see if they work for your skin type.
Let’s dive into some new recent beauty finds and favs!
Clinique Moisture Surge- This is a basic moisturizer that you can use after a good face washing or cleansing. It goes on very lightly and isn’t too thick or pasty. I tend to use this after I have cleaned my face, put on all my creams, and am ready to go. After I use this moisturizer, I put on my sunscreen for the day.
Merit Cheek and Lip Tinter- Although not a beauty product, I have really been loving this cheek and lip cream/ tinter. You can layer as much or as little as you would like and make the color work for you. I tend to go on the lighter side since I am fair skinned.
Clinique Active Serum Glow- I have only been using this a few times a week, after I cleanse and before I put on any creams. I don’t like to overdo my use with it, but it does feel very good and compliments my skin well.
Clinique Cleansing Balm- As someone who wears heavy makeup five days a week, I love this balm. You truly feel like you are getting any makeup, dirt, sweat off your skin and face and feel fresh and clean. This feels great after a LONG day.
There you have it! My recent favorites with Clinique. This post is not sponsored, just me sharing some recent finds and favs. As always, consult with your doctor before making any changes or adjustments and try the samples or smaller sizes of things before you get the full size bottles. Let me know what beauty products you are loving?!
Have a great rest of your week and I’ll see you back here on Friday!
