Coffee Catch-Up #14

Hello everyone!

Happy Monday! I am coming off a busy weekend and have a packed full week ahead. Lots of good things, but my goodness, a lot happening. I have SO much to catch you up on since we last chatted.

First, let’s talk Launch Week! It’s Simplified Launch Week over here and I can’t wait. Although, I am a yearly gal- I will be making some purchases this launch. Here’s a look at the Launch Week Schedule! SO many fun things to look forward to this week.

Now, let’s get to the weekend. Some of my brothers were home for the Easter weekend which meant lots of bonus family time.

We went out to eat!

Enjoyed some BEAUTIFUL warm weather with a trip to the zoo!

Saw signs of spring with fresh blooms!

After MONTHS of indoor running, it was finally nice enough for an outdoor run and I went all out.

We also celebrated Easter, the reason for the visit with some fun decor!

Ahead of the holiday, I made Easter cookies!

We did the traditional dying of the eggs and watched some holiday movies, like HOP!

We enjoyed a pre-Easter feast!

With all the fixings and sides!

I made homemade cinnamon and lemon butter to go with some fresh blueberry muffins.

We enjoyed some sweet treats, basket goodies, and family time.

We watched the classic, Here Comes Peter Cottontail and enjoyed lots of conversations. I truly love the bonus time with family.

Now, onto a busy week. I have dinner plans with a friend, some work events, and a trip to New England to look forward to. So many fun things!
